Jolee is an experienced school psychologist with more than 35 years of supporting children, families, and schools. She earned both her undergraduate and graduate degrees from Bucknell University and holds dual certification in School Psychology and Secondary Counseling.
Throughout her career, Jolee has developed expertise in behavioral assessment, behavior management, and creating practical, family-centered strategies that help children succeed both at school and at home. She is passionate about partnering with parents to strengthen family routines, improve communication, and build positive home environments that promote lasting behavioral and emotional growth.
As both an educational professional and a parent, Jolee understands the unique challenges families face. She is the mother of two adult children and grandmother of four, experiences that continue to shape her compassionate, practical, and relationship-centered approach to supporting families.
Jolee believes that when families are equipped with practical tools, consistent support, and confidence in their parenting, children are empowered to thrive at home, in school, and in life.

Meredith Harclerode, M.S., is a Pennsylvania-certified school psychologist with 25 years of experience serving children, families, and schools. She earned her Master of Science in Psychology and certification in School Psychology from Millersville University and has completed an additional 60 graduate credits beyond her master's degree. Before becoming a school psychologist, Meredith spent five years as a case manager connecting families, schools, and community agencies with needed supports, following one year as a Therapeutic Staff Support providing one-on-one behavioral and therapeutic intervention across home, school, and community settings. Her work is grounded in strength-based, whole-child practices, with a deep commitment to understanding behavior within the context of a child's environment and relationships. Meredith is especially passionate about supporting children and families impacted by developmental trauma and empowering caregivers with practical, compassionate strategies for success.Â
